About The Position

Our privately owned, one-doctor veterinary practice is looking for a motivated, compassionate, and hands-on Practice Manager to join our team! We are seeking someone who enjoys leadership, teamwork, client relationships, and helping create a positive experience for both pets and people every day. Cornerstone Veterinary Clinic is a veterinary hospital providing high quality veterinary medicine, general surgery and general dentistry services to dogs and cats. Requirements

Previous management experience required
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Experience with payroll, HR, and daily operations management
Positive attitude and willingness to support all areas of the practice

Nice To Haves

veterinary experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and support staff through scheduling, training, coaching, and monthly team meetings
Help provide exceptional client service and resolve concerns professionally
Oversee payroll, HR responsibilities, employee records, and compliance
Track and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual practice data and reports
Jump in to assist as a veterinary assistant or receptionist when needed
Help manage phones, emails, faxes, and front office workflow
Maintain relationships with vendors and oversee facility/building needs
Coordinate marketing, social media, and community outreach efforts
