About The Position

Snout is seeking a passionate and relationship-focused Veterinary Onboarding Specialist to join their in-person team in Troy, MI. This role is responsible for managing the onboarding process for veterinary clinics as they begin their partnership with Snout. It involves coordinating data, integrations, plan design, and timelines to ensure clinics go live accurately and on schedule. The position requires a detail-driven individual who can blend relationship management with analytical and operational work, keeping multiple projects organized and proactively identifying issues. The ideal candidate will have veterinary clinic experience and a desire for a more strategic, problem-solving career within the industry.

Requirements

2+ years in-clinic veterinary experience, especially in a client facing role dealing with invoicing/billing
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at the same time
Detail-oriented and comfortable with data and systems
Strong problem-solver and communicator
Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
Ability to learn quickly, especially new technology and processes like AI
