About The Position

Veritas Veterinary Partners is seeking a Veterinary Neurologist to join Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital, one of Colorado's premier specialty hospitals. This is an opportunity to practice advanced diagnostic and surgical care for patients with neurologic disorders in a state-of-the-art, 37,500-square-foot facility located just outside Denver. The hospital operates on a hybrid model, combining multiple specialty services with general practice, fostering a collaborative environment among specialists, emergency doctors, general practitioners, technicians, and support staff. As a teaching hospital with 14 rotating interns, there is a strong emphasis on learning and professional development. The role offers access to advanced technology, resources, and multidisciplinary support, with the chance to mentor and shape the future of the neurology department.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Neurology.
  • Advanced diagnostic and surgical skills in neurology.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in additional languages is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
