Additionally, Partner Veterinary has a dedicated Learning and Development Department, to help team members achieve professional goals, supported by two veterinary technician specialists (VTS) Heather Carter and Christine Weaver. The Veterinary Inventory Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight, procurement, and management of all hospital inventory to ensure the consistent availability of medications, supplies, and equipment necessary to support high-quality patient care. This role maintains accurate inventory systems, supports cost-effective purchasing practices, and ensures compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. This position requires a minimum on-site commitment of 30 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., and prioritization of coverage on shipment arrival days. The Inventory Manager collaborates closely with ER and specialty teams to anticipate needs, prevent shortages, and maintain efficient hospital operations. Some travel as necessary.
