About The Position

West Shore Animal Clinic is looking for a dedicated Hospital Manager to join our leadership team and help drive our mission of compassionate, high-quality veterinary care. As Hospital Manager, you’ll work closely with our Regional Manager and medical leadership to ensure smooth operations, drive team development, and maintain our commitment to outstanding client service.

Requirements

Prior experience managing a veterinary team and clinic operations
Strong Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively with clients and staff.
Financial Acumen: Familiarity with revenue management, inventory control, and payroll systems.
Adaptability: Willingness to work some evenings and weekends to support hospital needs.
Passion for Pets: A genuine love for animals and dedication to providing top-tier care.

ER experience is a plus.

Inspire and mentor a team of technicians and receptionists while fostering a supportive and collaborative culture.
