About The Position
Red Bank Animal Hospital, a full-service small animal hospital in Chattanooga, TN, is seeking a dedicated Hospital Manager to join its leadership team. The hospital focuses on compassionate, high-quality veterinary care and emphasizes respect, collaboration, and continuous learning. The Hospital Manager will work with the Regional Manager and medical leadership to ensure smooth operations, drive team development, and maintain exceptional client service.
Requirements
- Prior experience managing a veterinary team and clinic operations.
- Strong communication skills, with proven ability to lead, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively with clients and staff.
- Familiarity with revenue management, inventory control, and payroll systems.
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends to support hospital needs.
- A genuine love for animals and dedication to providing top-tier care.
Nice To Haves
- ER experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and mentor a team of technicians and receptionists while fostering a supportive and collaborative culture.
- Manage daily hospital operations, streamline workflows, and ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.
- Uphold high standards for client service, ensuring every interaction reflects a commitment to compassionate care.
- Lead budgeting efforts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to the hospital’s profitability and long-term success.
