Requirements

  • Versatile skill set, including food service management, team leadership, and proficiency in POS systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or better preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the seamless integration of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality.
  • Optimize operational efficiency.
  • Assist the General Manager or Assistant General Manager with planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and delegating responsibilities to hourly employees.
