About The Position
Stone Ridge Equine Care is seeking a dedicated Hospital Manager to join their leadership team in Evansville, IN. This role involves driving the mission of compassionate, high-quality veterinary care for their equine-only practice, which has been serving Indiana and Kentucky communities since 1999. The Hospital Manager will work closely with the Regional Manager and medical leadership to ensure smooth operations, drive team development, and maintain outstanding client service.
Requirements
- Prior experience managing a veterinary team and clinic operations.
- Strong communication skills, with proven ability to lead, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively with clients and staff.
- Familiarity with revenue management, inventory control, and payroll systems.
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends to support hospital needs.
- A genuine love for animals and dedication to providing top-tier care.
Nice To Haves
- ER and equine experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and mentor a team of technicians and receptionists while fostering a supportive and collaborative culture.
- Manage daily hospital operations, streamline workflows, and ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.
