Your daily mix may include internal medicine, advanced diagnostics, surgery (soft tissue, orthopedic, or supported skill expansion), dentistry, client communication, and case continuity. You practice your way—supported, but not micromanaged.

Requirements

• Experienced veterinarian.
• Confident and capable with small animal medicine and surgery.
• A strong communicator who values collaboration and clear client education.
• Ethical, detail-oriented, and committed to excellent patient care.
• Kind—to clients, patients, and teammates.
• Looking for a long-term home in a stable, privately owned practice.
• Comfortable managing cases independently while collaborating with peers as needed.
• Not a new graduate.
