About The Position

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our collaborative team in Grass Valley. As the first and last point of contact for our clients, our CSRs play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for every pet and every person who walks through our doors. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Nice To Haves

• Previous veterinary receptionist experience preferred
• Administrative assistant experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with outstanding problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain professional and focused in a busy environment

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and coordinate appointments efficiently
• Serve as the communication hub between clients, doctors, and hospital staff
• Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate records
• Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction
• Support front desk operations and administrative tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Assist with general office duties and basic housekeeping responsibilities as needed
