Requirements

2+ years of customer service experience (veterinary, medical, or healthcare preferred)
Communicates clearly, confidently, and kindly
Excels at multitasking and staying organized in a busy environment
Remains calm and professional in emotional or high-pressure situations
Is reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Has genuine compassion for pets and the people who love them

Experience with practice management software

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding client service in a fast-paced veterinary setting
Manage a high-volume phone system and schedule appointments efficiently
Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate medical records
Communicate clearly with clients regarding estimates, services, medications, and hospital policies
Coordinate with technicians and veterinarians to support smooth daily operations
Handle emotional or sensitive client situations with empathy and professionalism
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
