About The Position
BluePearl Lake Norman is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Criticalist to join their thriving and highly collaborative emergency and referral practice. The practice is located just west of Lake Norman, offering convenient access to downtown Charlotte, as well as proximity to mountain trails and beaches. The hospital prides itself on teamwork, a culture of mutual respect, and a shared commitment to medical excellence and patient safety. They are looking for a professional who sees specialty and emergency services as mutually supportive components of comprehensive patient care. The facility is undergoing expansion with a new state-of-the-art, 13,000 sq ft hospital opening in early 2027.

- Board-certified or residency-trained Criticalist
