About The Position

PetWow is a family-owned veterinary company founded in 1971, operating two Northern Kentucky hospitals and a fleet of mobile wellness vehicles. Their mission is to strengthen people and pets by making pet care easy. They focus on creating a supportive and team-oriented workplace with opportunities to grow, regular recognition for strong performance, and a servant leadership approach. They are searching for a skilled, compassionate, and dependable Veterinary Assistant to join their team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced veterinary environment where teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail are essential. Team members play a direct role in patient care by assisting doctors with exam room appointments, educating clients, and helping create a positive experience for both pets and their owners. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality patient care. While this position is primarily based at one hospital location, occasional coverage at their nearby hospitals (all within a 15-mile radius) may be requested. Schedules are built around patient care needs, so some week-to-week variation may occur.
