About The Position

Southern Rockies Animal Emergency & Specialty in Colorado Springs is seeking a caring and energetic Client Service Representative to join their team. This role is crucial in supporting the emergency and critical care departments while welcoming and assisting guests. The position involves educating clients and referring veterinarians about services, providing compassionate support, coordinating emergency room check-ins, handling reminder and follow-up communications, and accurately maintaining client/pet records.

Fluent English skills (speaking & reading).
At least 1 year of experience in customer service required.

Passion for animals.
Veterinary experience preferred.
Fluency in multiple languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Inform clients and referring veterinarians about comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
Assist clients in the emergency room check-in process, ensuring a caring, compassionate and efficient process.
Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.
Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.
