About The Position

Garden State Veterinary Specialists Morristown is excited to announce we are hiring a Veterinary Client Services Representatives to join our growing outpatient surgery team! Shift Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Enjoy work-life balance with a consistent weekday schedule - no weekends required! Located in northern New Jersey, approximately 25 miles west of New York City, GSVS has proudly served the community since 1994. We are committed to providing advanced veterinary care while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for our team members.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of client service experience
• Ability to communicate with confidence and compassion
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to navigate financial conversations professionally and comfortably
• Empathy, patience, and genuine care for pet parents
• Professionalism with a warm, welcoming personality
• Ability to collaborate with a supportive team
• Positive, curious, honest, and eager to grow attitude
• Ability to have fun while making a difference
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently
