About The Position
Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County (EAHCC) is seeking Relief Client Service Representatives to join their growing team. EAHCC's mission is to create a comprehensive pet health care environment that delivers superior customer service while addressing the needs of pets, clients, and referring veterinarians. They offer a wide range of emergency services, including in-house diagnostics, emergency surgery, fluid therapy, blood and plasma transfusions, oxygen kennels, endoscopy, and EKGs, available 24/7/365. As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the emergency department while welcoming and assisting guests.

Responsibilities
- Inform clients and referring veterinarians about comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
- Assist clients in scheduling appointments at the multi-specialist hospital.
- Handle reminder and follow-up communications utilizing phone and email.
- Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files.
- Accurately and efficiently handle payment processing and reconciliation.
