Responsibilities

  • Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
  • Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in scheduling appointments at the multi-specialist hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Communication Mastery: Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.
