The Florida Veterinary Referral Center is looking for someone who can step in, support their teammates, and bring a calm, compassionate presence to a fast-paced ER + Specialty environment. We are looking for a Client Care Representative to complete our close-knit, high-performing team. Requirements

1 - 2 years experience in veterinary, healthcare, or high-volume customer service
Clear, compassionate and strong communication skills with the ability to stay composed under pressure
Ability to multitask and stay organized, with adaptability and problem-solving skills
Comfort with technology and hospital software systems
Team-first mindset - we rely heavily on each other
