About The Position
Join our dedicated emergency veterinary team as a Veterinary Assistant and play a vital role in providing compassionate, high-quality care to pets when they need it most. Our highly trained doctors and support staff are equipped to treat a wide range of emergent injuries, illnesses, and conditions while following a veterinary triage protocol that prioritizes patients based on the urgency of their medical needs. As a Veterinary Assistant, you will help support patient care throughout the treatment process, assist with diagnostics and procedures, communicate with concerned pet owners, and contribute to a collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional care. We understand the bond between pets and their families because we are pet owners, too, and we are committed to guiding clients through every step of their pet's treatment journey with empathy, professionalism, and expertise.

Responsibilities
- Support patient care throughout the treatment process
- Assist with diagnostics and procedures

- Win the confidence of every pet parent—by delivering an outstanding client experience—so we can provide exceptional care to every patient
- Maintaining medical records
- Preparing surgical suite and surgical patients
- Filling prescriptions
- Performing laboratory work and diagnostic imaging
