Responsibilities
- Supporting veterinarians and veterinary technicians with patient care
- Educating pet parents and ensuring they are informed about their pet's care
- Assisting with appointments, treatments, and patient comfort
- Caring for boarding guests, including feeding, walking, monitoring, and making them feel at home
- Cleaning and maintaining kennels, treatment areas, exam rooms, and the hospital
- Safely restraining patients during exams and procedures
- Restocking supplies, preparing rooms, and assisting the team as needed
- Delivering compassionate care and creating a positive experience for every pet and client
