  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Confidence and skill in handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in fundamental veterinary skills ranging from laboratory and pharmacy to nursing and radiology is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the medical team with hands-on patient care, ensuring compassionate treatment.
  • Anticipate the needs of veterinarians and technicians to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Assist clients with scheduling, payments, and communications.
  • Maintain the hospital environment, including clinic upkeep and equipment maintenance.
  • Support a variety of medical services including preventive care, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care.
  • Perform clinic upkeep and equipment maintenance.
