About The Position

Seeking a Veterinary Assistant for VCA South Arundel Animal Hospital, a busy, 5-7 doctor practice located just south of Annapolis, MD. This role is for a Full Time Veterinary Assistant. The hospital has a unique culture that values each person’s individual skill and personality. The days are very busy and require a fast-paced atmosphere. The practice offers an excellent training program for those new to veterinary medicine and will help to strengthen skill sets from exam rooms to surgical suites. There is an opportunity to become a licensed Vet Tech with tuition support. The role involves playing with puppies and kittens as a perk.

Requirements

Experience in Veterinary Medicine is a plus
Ability to be a quick learner
Love animals
Ability to help people and assist pet parents
Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere
