About The Position
VCA Animal Medical Center of El Cajon is seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join their team. The mission of this role is to win the confidence of every pet parent by delivering an outstanding client experience, partnering with them for the lifelong care of their companion animals. The skills utilized in this role include surgical preparation and assisting, dentistry and dental radiography, anesthesia monitoring, physical examinations and patient assessment, venipuncture, catheter placement, radiology, laboratory work, pharmacy, and compassionate care for hospitalized patients.
