In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with hospital leadership to support daily operations, elevate patient care, and foster a positive, productive environment for our technical staff. You’ll have the opportunity to lead by example, train and mentor fellow technicians, and implement protocols that help the entire hospital operate at its best.

Requirements

High School Diploma
Practice experience of at least 5 years’ experience
Prior supervisory experience
Strong medical skills
Customer Service
Human Resources knowledge
Supervisory experience
Experience with scheduling staff
Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
Good communication skills, both written and oral
Goal oriented
Ability to take information obtained from clients, staff, and other sources, discern that which is credible and assess the hospital and its operation objectively
Must be able to handle multiple tasks at once, and deal with high levels of stress in an environment of changing priorities
Must have strong medical skills
Ability to plan, organize and effectively present ideas and concepts
