Requirements
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited institution (or equivalent certification)
- Active state veterinary license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong interpersonal, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to professional growth and high-quality clinical standards
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care across a varied caseload
- Communicate clearly with clients to support informed decision-making
- Work closely with fellow veterinary professionals to maintain a cohesive, high-performing team
- Support the continued development of staff members through guidance and collaboration
