About The Position

We're a privately owned GP + urgent care hybrid hospital in Long Beach looking for a Veterinarian who wants to practice high-quality medicine in a supportive, collaborative environment. Our caseload includes a mix of general practice, sick pets, same-day urgent care, procedures, dentistry, surgery, and medical workups-making this a great fit for doctors who enjoy variety, hands-on medicine, and interesting cases. Approximately 50% of our caseload involves urgent or same-day presentations, creating a fast-moving and engaging environment with plenty of opportunities for continued clinical growth. We care deeply about practicing excellent medicine, but we also believe you shouldn't have to choose between high standards and a positive workplace culture. Our team is supportive, collaborative, and low-ego. Doctors, technicians, and support staff work closely together, communicate openly, and enjoy working alongside one another. We celebrate wins together, support each other through the tougher days, and recognize that taking care of our team is just as important as taking care of our patients. We're looking for people who are clinically curious, team-oriented, kind to coworkers, and great with clients-people who want to contribute to a culture where hard work, laughter, compassion, and teamwork all have a place. As an independently owned hospital, we value flexibility, collaboration, and allowing doctors to practice medicine thoughtfully without excessive corporate oversight or pressure. Just good medicine with good people. Current capabilities include: Digital radiology, Advanced in-house diagnostics, Ultrasound (AFAST/TFAST), and Focused Endoscopy / rhinoscopy / otoscopy, Dentistry, Soft tissue & orthopedic surgery, Advanced anesthesia monitoring, Oxygen ICU chambers. We are also expanding from approximately 6,000 sq ft to nearly 9,000 sq ft with additional exam rooms, surgery suites, treatment space, and increased urgent care and emergency capacity. Doctors interested in procedures, surgery, urgent care/emergency, or leadership will find meaningful opportunities for growth.
