Urgent Care + General Practice | No Overnights Burned out by overbooked schedules and lack of support? At Sploot, you’ll practice high-quality medicine with 45-minute appointments, strong pre-visit triage, and a fully staffed nursing team - so you can focus on your patients, not the chaos.
Requirements
- DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) in Colorado
- Comfortable asking questions and excited to keep growing and developing your skills
- 1+ year preferred (strong mentorship available)

Responsibilities
- Practice high-quality medicine with 45-minute appointments.
- Work with a strong pre-visit triage system.
- Collaborate with a fully staffed nursing team.
- Handle a balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases.
- Perform surgeries and dentals (bonus points).
Benefits
- $130,000–$160,000 base salary (shift and experience dependent)
- ProSal model with 20–24% production and no negative accrual
