About The Position

Sploot is seeking a Veterinarian for their Urgent Care + General Practice, emphasizing a supportive environment with no overnights. The role focuses on practicing high-quality medicine with extended appointment times (45 minutes), robust pre-visit triage, and a fully staffed nursing team to minimize chaos and allow veterinarians to concentrate on patient care. Sploot offers a balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases, with Medical Directors available for consultations and no non-compete contracts.

Requirements

DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) in Colorado.
Comfortable asking questions and excited to keep growing and developing your skills.
TN visa support available for Canadian and Mexican veterinarians.

Nice To Haves

1+ year of experience preferred (strong mentorship available).
Experienced in and excited about surgeries and dentals.

Responsibilities

Practice high-quality medicine.
Manage a balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases.
Conduct 45-minute appointments.
