About The Position

Soundview Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Veterinarian to join their experienced and supportive team in Tacoma, WA. This is a full-time position at a well-established small animal general practice with urgent care capabilities. The hospital is located in a busy shopping complex and features 4 exam rooms, a dedicated surgical suite, a separate dental area, a radiology room, and a spacious treatment area. Doctors typically see 11-15 patients per day with flexible appointment lengths.

Requirements

• Collaborative and compassionate veterinarian.
• Licensed to practice veterinary medicine.
• Experience with urgent care capabilities is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to patient care and team wellbeing.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Familiarity with advanced equipment and services.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule (4 weekdays, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, 1 dedicated surgery day per week).
