About The Position
At Home Veterinary Care is seeking a compassionate, full-time veterinarian to join its companion animal practice in West Gardiner, Maine. The role is open to experienced veterinarians and new graduates seeking mentorship. The practice emphasizes exceptional medical care, client education, lasting client relationships, and a supportive, collaborative team environment. The modern facility provides wellness and preventive care, surgery, digital radiography, in-house diagnostics, and house calls. Veterinarians are supported by experienced technicians and assistants with backgrounds in shelter medicine, emergency and critical care, and general practice. The work arrangement includes no on-call responsibilities or emergency hours, with opportunities for a dedicated surgery day and house calls. The practice is about 15 minutes from Augusta, Maine, and offers access to Portland, Boston, mountains, and the ocean.
