About The Position

Wolf River Veterinary Clinic, established in 1996, is a highly regarded veterinary clinic located at 216 W. Wolf River Avenue in New London, Wisconsin. Our clinic specializes in providing exceptional veterinary care for cats and dogs. The clinic is equipped with digital radiology equipment, an ultrasound machine, and an in-house laboratory to allow quick turnover on most bloodwork, fluid sample analysis, growth/tumor cytology, etc. We are equipped to perform a variety of dental procedures as well as general surgeries and some advanced surgeries. This is not a high-volume, burnout-style practice. Our doctors see 12–15 patients per day, allowing time to connect, think, and practice high-quality medicine the way it should be practiced. Our appointments are intentionally longer: Wellness: 30–45 minutes, Sick visits: 45 minutes. We are a small animal clinic (dogs, cats, and the occasional pocket pet), with a case mix that keeps things interesting and rewarding. We are proud to do more than just care for pets—we care for our community. Through initiatives like our work with stray and adoptable animals, we help give second chances and support the human-animal bond in a meaningful way.
