About The Position

Bridgwater Veterinary Hospital & Wellness Centre, a 24-hour Emergency & Critical Care hospital located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is seeking a veterinarian to provide emergency care to patients and clients in a progressive, supportive, and fast-paced clinical environment. The hospital is a newly constructed 7,000 square foot facility equipped with advanced tools and technology, including the first and only CT scanner in Manitoba. The team has access to a comprehensive range of diagnostic and treatment tools, including IDEXX in-house laboratory, digital radiology, digital dental radiology, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, and rigid and flexible endoscopy. The hospital also performs complex orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries, supported by a dedicated physical rehabilitation centre. Visiting specialists in dermatology, ophthalmology, and dental care are hosted quarterly to enhance collaborative care. The goal is to provide the highest standard of progressive and compassionate veterinary medicine. The hospital supports veterinarians at all career stages, including students and new graduates, with a commitment to mentorship, skill development, and a supportive learning environment in emergency medicine.
