About The Position

Home Veterinary Services is seeking a Medical Director to lead our collaborative small animal practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced veterinarian—or an associate ready to take the next step—who is passionate about high-quality medicine, team development, and creating an exceptional client experience. As Medical Director, you'll enjoy the autonomy to shape medical standards while partnering with an experienced operations team that allows you to focus on what you do best: caring for patients and leading your team. The Medical Director Veterinarian will serve as the pivotal leader of our hospital. Your role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to leadership and staff management, client relations, medical quality assurance, financial oversight of the practice in partnership with Regional Manager. This position includes the opportunity to participate in our Partner Track Ownership Program, allowing you to build equity while continuing to practice medicine. It's a unique path for veterinarians who want the rewards of ownership without taking on the responsibilities of purchasing and managing an entire practice independently.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
• Active veterinary state license, ability to obtain one
