About The Position

Animal Medical Center San Rafael is seeking a Medical Director for their modern, spacious 4,000 sq/ft practice located north of San Francisco. The practice features 3 exam rooms and a fully equipped hospital, providing outstanding patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment. The clinic specializes in small animal general practice, handling soft-tissue surgeries and general wellness care. They are equipped with in-house labs, digital radiology and ultrasound, and digital dental radiology. The DVMs are supported by skilled technicians and assistants, fostering a culture of teamwork, client communication, and medical excellence.

Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
Compassionate, client-centered approach to care.
Strong communication and client-education skills.
Previous experience managing multi-doctor practice and or current work experience as Lead Veterinarian, Chief of Staff, or Medical Director strongly encouraged to apply.
