About The Position

Bellevue Animal Clinic in Little Rock, Arkansas, is seeking a Medical Director to lead a talented veterinary team and practice high-quality medicine in a thriving, established hospital. As an AAHA-accredited, full-service small animal hospital, Bellevue Animal Clinic has proudly served pets and their families with compassionate, comprehensive care for years. The hospital offers a wide range of services including preventative care, surgery, dentistry, diagnostic imaging, ultrasound, therapeutic laser treatment, boarding, and grooming. The Medical Director will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both patient care and hospital growth while partnering with a collaborative team passionate about veterinary medicine. Requirements

  • DVM or equivalent degree
  • Active Arkansas veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Passion for mentorship and team development
  • Commitment to exceptional client service and patient care
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree or equivalent from an accredited university
  • Active Veterinary State License (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • Current DEA License (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • USDA Accreditation (or ability to obtain upon hire)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous leadership experience is a plus but not required
