Health Affiliates Maine is seeking a Veterans Program and Case Management Clinical Supervisor for a full-time salaried position. This role involves providing clinical support and supervision to case managers, ensuring ethical practices, and collaborating with administrative supervisors. The position requires conducting diagnostic assessments, reviewing client charts for compliance, and supporting staff in client engagement and paperwork completion. The supervisor will also be responsible for performance evaluations, implementing disciplinary measures, and acting as an agency liaison for the case management department. Additionally, the role involves understanding BHH requirements, promoting agency visibility, and maintaining client confidentiality according to HIPAA, HITECH, and 42 CFR regulations. The supervisor must also be knowledgeable about the CURES act, Rights of Recipients of Mental Health Services, and the AMHI Consent Decree, practicing a trauma-informed approach. They will be involved in utilization review, provide clinical office phone coverage, and maintain a personal self-care plan. Mandated reporting and other duties as directed by management are also part of the role. Specifically for the Veterans program, the supervisor will oversee case managers, assist in program development, ensure adherence to Veteran and Fox procedures, participate in Veteran-focused training, and maintain knowledge of Veteran culture and suicide risk assessment. They will also facilitate Veterans clinical case reviews, co-facilitate administrative meetings, collaborate with the Fox team, and participate in program orientations. Maintaining relationships with relevant agencies is also key.
