About The Position

Berry Law is looking for a VA Sales Agent who thrives in a competitive, mission-driven environment and is passionate about helping Veterans take the next step toward securing the benefits they've earned through their service. The VA Sales Agent converts prospective Veteran clients into Berry Law clients by delivering a white-glove intake and consultation experience, building trust quickly, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role ensures Veterans feel heard, respected, and confident that Berry Law will fight for them.

Requirements

  • Proven success in sales or other competitive, performance-driven environments
  • Experience in customer service, sales, athletics, leadership roles, or military service
  • Comfortable working with sales metrics, KPIs, and performance targets
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Military member, veteran, spouse, dependent, or relative
  • Personal understanding of VA benefits system or military lifestyle
  • Experience working with Veteran populations
  • Background in government benefits, social services, or advocacy work
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clio, etc.)
  • Prior intake, legal sales, or client-facing sales experience
  • Background in consultative or solution-based selling
  • Experience in high-stakes or emotionally sensitive client interactions

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales conversion targets while consistently converting qualified Veteran leads into retained clients.
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up to maximize every conversion opportunity.
  • Deliver a white-glove intake experience that reflects Berry Law's mission of serving warriors and champions.
  • Ensure every interaction leaves Veterans feeling valued, understood, and confident in their decision to work with Berry Law.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of all Veteran client interactions and sales activity to ensure a strong and reliable sales pipeline.
  • Treat the CRM as the single source of truth for client relationships.
  • Execute Berry Law's proven VA sales process with precision while continuously improving through coaching, training, and self-assessment.
  • Master the art of consultative selling that prioritizes Veteran needs.
  • Contribute to a high-performance, competitive team environment aligned with Berry Law's mission and values.
  • Lift others while pursuing personal excellence.
