The Veteran Outreach Representative is responsible for developing and executing a statewide outreach strategy that expands access to Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge (“MnTC”) services for Veterans. Operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, this role focuses on developing referral pathways, identifying opportunities to strengthen service delivery, and advancing strategic partnerships that improve access to care for Veteran populations. Serving as a key external liaison to Veteran organizations, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (“VA”), county agencies, healthcare systems, correctional facilities, and court partners, the Veteran Outreach Representative drives referral growth and positions MnTC as a leading provider for Veterans seeking recovery from substance use disorders through consistent engagement, education and collaboration. This is a primarily field-based role requiring regular statewide travel and direct engagement with referral partners, community stakeholders, and Veterans across diverse settings. The position works independently in the field while maintaining strong coordination with internal teams to support outreach, admissions, and continuity of care.
