About The Position

As a Veteran Claims Consultant, you are the first and most important relationship in the veteran’s journey with Veterans Guardian. In this high-impact, sales-driven role, you will conduct strategic consultations, uncover qualifying claim opportunities, educate veterans on the process, and guide them confidently through the next steps. Nice To Haves

• Equivalent work experience, such as military service, consulting, sales, or customer service, is preferred.
• Familiarity with VA processes is strongly valued.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth consultations with veterans to uncover potential VA disability claim opportunities and explain the Veterans Guardian process.
• Build trust and rapport through empathetic, solution-focused conversations that drive engagement and commitment.
• Review service records, medical documentation, DD-214s, and VA rating decisions to identify potential paths for increased disability compensation.
• Educate veterans on benefits eligibility and strategically position them for claim success.
• Guide veterans through onboarding by securing required documents, disclosures, and signed agreements.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in Salesforce, including notes, follow-ups, and pipeline updates.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and efficient claim progression.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance, consultation, and production goals while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
