About The Position

At Veterans Guardian, we help veterans better understand the VA disability benefits they've earned through their service. As a Veteran Benefits Consultant, you'll be the first person they speak with, guiding them through one of the most important conversations they'll have after leaving the military. Every veteran has a story. Your job is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, build trust, and help them understand the opportunities available to them. If you enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Conducting one-on-one consultations with veterans
• Learning each veteran's unique military and medical history
• Reviewing military service records and VA documentation
• Educating veterans on the Veterans Guardian process
• Building lasting relationships through honest, compassionate conversations
• Guiding veterans through onboarding and required documentation
• Maintaining accurate client records in Salesforce
• Working closely with teammates to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Consistently achieving individual performance and quality goals
