About The Position
The Vetco Veterinary Clinic Advisor is a driving role and part of Petco’s Vetco Customer Service Team. Team members meet at a local dispatch office and travel to assigned Petco clinic locations for the day. At the clinics, they greet pet parents, recommend services to help protect pets, assist the veterinarian so services can be administered, and thank pet parents for choosing Vetco. Training is provided, as indicated in the job title.

Responsibilities
- Travel from the local dispatch office to assigned Petco clinic locations.
- Greet pet parents at clinics.
- Recommend services that will best protect pets.
- Assist the veterinarian so services can be administered.
- Thank pet parents for protecting their pets with Vetco.
- Support the team and provide exceptional customer service.
