About The Position

As a Vetco Veterinary Assistant, you will meet your veterinary team at a local dispatch office and travel to assigned Petco clinic locations for the day. At the clinics, you and the veterinary assistant team will greet pet parents and recommend veterinary services to help protect their pets. You will assist the Veterinarian with administering services and thank pet parents for protecting their pets. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Travel with the veterinary team from the local dispatch office to assigned Petco clinic locations throughout the market.
• Greet pet parents at the clinics.
• Make educated recommendations to clients about veterinary services.
• Assist the Veterinarian so veterinary services can be administered.
• Provide exceptional customer service and thank pet parents for protecting their pets.
• Support the veterinary team.
