About The Position
The Vetco Veterinary Clinic Advisor is a customer service team member who meets the team at a local dispatch office and travels to assigned Petco clinic locations. At clinics, the advisor greets pet parents, recommends services to help protect their pets, assists the veterinarian so services can be administered, and thanks pet parents for choosing Vetco. Training is provided, and the role is identified as non-driving.

Responsibilities
- Travel with the team from the local dispatch office to assigned Petco clinic locations throughout the market.
- Greet pet parents at clinics.
- Recommend services that will best protect pets.
- Assist the veterinarian so services can be administered.
- Thank pet parents for protecting their pets with Vetco.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support the team.
