Provide support and services for the day to day operations of Camp Pendleton Facility to ensure a physical environment supports the organization’s needs and core function. Support Camp Pendleton personnel or COR to ensure the space is clean, organized, and ready to use, ensure buildings and equipment are inspected to meet safety standards to minimize liability and risk. Monitor ways to better meet occupant comfort. The contractor shall conduct facility maintenance services in accordance with Camp Pendleton policy and operating standards. Assists in the development and ensures execution of all maintenance programs relating to the interior and exterior conditions and appearance of the properties. Coordinate regular testing and inspections of the mechanical, electrical, and fire/life safety systems, and identify and remedy any potential safety hazards at Camp Pendleton. Assist in detailing records of maintenance and repairs, preventative maintenance schedule, and future repairs and replacements. Assist in overseeing facility utilities (gas, electric, water, etc.) monitoring to maximize efficiencies and control budget. Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and structural modifications, as needed. Perform site inspections of facility to determine the need for repairs, renovations, including assisting with general maintenance needs. Obtain estimates and support scope development for facility maintenance and repair projects, as needed, and assist in preparing annual operating budgets. Continually monitor industry trends and evaluate new products and services for potential use.
