IRG Physical & Hand Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for South Sound Physical & Hand Therapy – Lacey, a busy outpatient clinic in Lacey, Washington. The clinic treats neurological, vestibular, orthopedic, postoperative, and general outpatient rehabilitation needs, with services including vestibular rehabilitation, balance and falls prevention, and LSVT BIG. The role offers an opportunity to bring or develop neurological and vestibular expertise while exploring other specialties that complement the clinic’s services; pelvic health is not a planned growth area. New graduates are welcome and supported through mentorship. The position offers a base salary of $86,500–$93,000, with eligible clinicians able to earn up to an additional 20% of base salary through IRG’s professional revenue share model while maintaining 1:1 patient care. Additional incentives include a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500 and $3,300 in student loan repayment over two years. The full-time clinic schedule has no weekend shifts. IRG provides a structured one-year mentorship program, weekly individual mentoring, case reviews, clinical reasoning discussions, progressive skill development, professional growth coaching, access to its Clinical Excellence Academy, and support for residency education and advanced training. The therapist will work with the Clinic Director and interdisciplinary colleagues, including hand therapy colleagues, and may help build relationships with local referral partners and develop a specialty service aligned with clinic needs.
