About The Position
We are seeking experienced Vessel Welders with a strong background in pressure vessel fabrication. This role is ideal for welders who are confident working to strict codes and take pride in producing clean, high-quality welds on critical components. You will be responsible for welding pressure vessels and heavy-duty equipment used in demanding industrial applications. This role requires precision, consistency, and the ability to meet ASME code requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a vessel welder in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with MIG, TIG, and Fluxcore welding
- Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
- Familiarity with ASME code requirements for pressure vessels
- Experience welding large-diameter vessels and high-pressure systems
Nice To Haves
- ASME certification or hands-on experience welding to ASME standards
Responsibilities
- Perform welding on pressure vessels using MIG, Fluxcore, and TIG processes
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
- Follow welding procedures in compliance with ASME code standards
- Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and compliance
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
