About The Position
Owns day-to-day onsite project execution for large-scale construction programs nationwide. Provides direct field leadership to maintain schedule integrity, cost control, safety compliance, and quality delivery for complex scopes including tilt-up, structural concrete, and steel packages. The ideal candidate is a field-driven leader, travel-ready and schedule disciplined, and execution and safety focused.

Responsibilities
- Lead onsite project operations and subcontractor coordination
- Control field scheduling, look-ahead planning, and manpower flow
- Manage RFIs, submittals, inspections, and daily reporting
- Enforce safety, quality, and site logistics standards
- Track production, validate pay quantities, and support billing
- Coordinate with owners, designers, and authorities onsite
- Support closeout, turnover, and warranty execution
