About The Position
U.S. Telecommunications, Inc. (USTCi) is a leading sales and marketing staffing company for Verizon, DirecTV and Blue Triton Brands. Based out of Bradenton, Florida, we are actively seeking proactive individuals who want to join a dynamic and growing team. We promote our clients’ products and services through face-to-face sales and marketing activities with a focus on reaching customers where they live. As a Verizon Wireless and 5G Field Sales pro, you’ll bring Verizon’s wireless and home connectivity offers directly into assigned apartment communities—because the best conversations don’t always happen in a store. You’ll manage your territory, build a steady pipeline, and turn resident curiosity into completed orders. You start by plotting your stops and checking messages, then head out to your communities with a clear plan (and a little hustle). You swing by leasing offices for quick touch-bases, catch residents when they’re actually around, and keep conversations friendly and focused. Some days include setting up a table or a mini event; other days are all about timely follow-ups. Because this is Verizon Wireless and 5G Field Sales, your schedule flexes—late afternoons and evenings are often prime time, with occasional weekend events. Between visits, you log notes, update your CRM, and line up tomorrow’s route so nothing gets left behind.
Requirements
- Wireless sales experience (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, or similar)
- Proven history of hitting/exceeding targets; confident closing skills
- Strong territory, calendar, lead, and follow-up self-management
- Relationship building, event execution, and clear communication
- CRM proficiency
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
Responsibilities
- Visit and work assigned communities across Seven Hills/Cleveland
- Partner with property managers and leasing teams to create awareness and referrals
- Plan and run resident events and on-site setups
- Work leads, keep follow-ups consistent, and close sales
- Coordinate activity with your Verizon Client Executive and track progress in CRM
