About The Position

Eftsure's solutions provide best practice internal controls for the digital age, reduce business-to-business payment fraud and errors, meet compliance standards and facilitate supplier on-boarding. Their unique SaaS products enable them to secure an enviable list of clients across a wide range of industries. The company is looking for enthusiastic, analytical and energetic agents to join their growing Verifications Team. The role involves making outbound verification activities via a mix of call and non-call based channels, as well as answering inbound calls from customers and suppliers to complete the verifications process. As a verifications agent, you will play a key role in the success of Eftsure’s solution, working across a list of customers to enable them to feel confident when paying their suppliers, vendors, and employees. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals looking to start their career in a fast-growing operation and in cyber security.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Accurately make outbound customer verification inquires through all call and non-call channels.
  • Respond accurately and timely to inbound customer and supplier verifications inquiries.
  • Complete assigned front line non call work activities in agreed timeframes.
  • Support continuous improvement process by making constructive, cost effective suggestions.
  • Work with the other Eftsure Support Teams to ensure best outcomes for customers and the business.
  • Participate in ongoing Training and Skills development for professional improvement.
  • Ensure that attendance and timeliness are in line with team and customer expectations.
  • Ensure own and other Team Member safety through following protocols and reporting issues.
  • Any other reasonable tasks as delegated by the wider business or Verifications leadership teams.
  • Appropriate use of all workplace tools and resources to perform role to mitigate fraud on customers.
