About The Position
Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Verification Specialist. This role is responsible for ensuring insurance coverage by telephone, interviewing patients, and completing all necessary paperwork to ensure an efficient admitting process that complies with all clinic and regulatory policies. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the insurance industry and basic medical terminology/abbreviations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Two years of experience in a healthcare environment
- Knowledge of insurance industry and basic medical terminology/abbreviations
Responsibilities
- Ensure insurance coverage by telephone
- Interviews patients and completes all paperwork necessary to ensure the admitting process is efficient and all clinic and regulatory policies are in compliance
